Trell is a hip-hop artist from Jackson, Mississippi, whose musical journey began with a childhood instinct to sing and perform. Raised between Mississippi and California, he found in music a lasting source of inspiration, comfort, and self-expression.

His grandfather encouraged that connection with instruments and a notebook for his earliest songs. At his fifth birthday party, when his mother asked what he wanted to do, Trell had one answer: perform. Early influences included Michael Jackson and Chris Brown, followed by Lil Wayne, Drake, and Young Money. Although he embraced many genres, hip-hop became the style that best reflected his personality.

After moving to California at eight, Trell expanded his musical experiences by singing in church with his aunt. Returning to Mississippi at fourteen, he fell in love with recording and began developing his own music with greater purpose. He built a following among his high school peers and, by sixteen, was performing live shows and selling merchandise.

His debut album, Preview of Trell, is scheduled for release in April 2027. The project marks the next chapter in a journey shaped by family encouragement, musical curiosity, and years of songwriting, recording, and performing.
